Cheltenham Walks & Crescents

Image size 405 x 470mm

Well Walk leads from St.Mary’s church to The Royal Crescent in the center of Cheltenham - Cheltenham’s oldest street. The buildings on the right side of Well Walk date from 1738. Ian has employed his wonderful use of perspective to include many of the grand buildings and architecture of this area - John Dower House, Royal Crescent (minus the Bus Station) looking up towards Montpellier. Another quirk that Ian enjoys is putting nudes into his paintings - there is one to be found in this scene.

The Ian Weatherhead prints are Signed Limited Edition Giclee Prints, the edition size is 300 and each print is signed and numbered by the artist. We have selected Hahnemuhle Cotton Rag Paper 320 gsm to print the artwork on. This paper closely resembles the textured watercolour paper used by the artist for his originals, helping to create a print as close as possible to the original painting.

The print is also available framed, please email or call for more information.
